what is ready:
engine (basic gameplay, physics - modified box2D, ropes, level editing and loading, human AI and ragdolls)
human enemies (AI, animation), some robotic enemies, some boss sprites
some graphic effects (explosions, cloth simulation, hair simulation), some weapons
some level textures and backgrounds

my role in the project:
programming, enemy design, gamedesign, sound, and everything else :) if needed

payment:
"piecework pay" AND/OR % of project revenue

make a charactor select, alot of players will reveiw higher, try a character make too, maybe a master chief selection (black, white, blue, red, green, and gold), and gender choice(only effects noise upon hit/death)(can you make it so you can choose hight of characters, i like shorter characters for some reason)
also, try a two weapon at a time(three for if you dual wield, it would be great for youtube vids), this should be an option. also, lets add a machine gun (i cant draw it, though, for im terrible at drawing on the computer.)
